Beer Dinner with Kinslahger Brewing

Join us for a Beer Dinner with Kinslahger Brewing on Wednesday, November 7th at 6:30pm!

We'll be serving a 5 course tasting menu from Executive Chef Juan Gutierrez, along with 5 beer pairings from Kinslahger Brewing. Keith Huizinga, Owner and Master Brewer of Kinslagher, will be in the house to share information about each beer pairing. 

THE TASTING MENU

1. New World Wheat 

spanish octopus, shrimp and mussel cocktail 

tomatillo, mint, tajin, serrano, cilantro, red onion

2. Prohibition Pilsner 

fire roasted pumpkin gnocchi 

sage butter, roasted pumpkin, spiced pepitas, toasted cumin oil 

3. Dunkel

pork belly and manchego croquettes 

popcorn purree, huitlacoche creme fraiche, oregano 

4. Chicago Common

crispy fried organic chicken thighs

mole, dried apricot & cherry honey 

5. Baltic Porter

braised prime beef short rib 

roasted poblano potato gratin, mezcal demi glace, mexican bread crumbs
